2024 Honda Pilot
Take Control of How You Get There with the 2024 Honda Pilot
From shared rides to weekend escapades, you can trust the robust midsize SUV to enhance life's journeys wherever you go.
Design
Whether you opt for a version featuring the multi-angle rearview camera with dynamic guidelines and a rear camera washer, or a variant equipped with the available multi-view camera system and front and rear camera washers, you can be confident that the 2024 Honda Pilot is designed to enhance visibility on the open road.
In addition to its streamlined body, robust hood, and carefully sculpted lines, the 2024 OpenRoad Honda Pilot showcases contemporary front and rear fasciae, complemented by a stylish chrome, black, or gloss black top grille bar, depending on the trim.
Thanks to the front wiper de-icer, the lower part of the windshield warms up, allowing the wipers to excel at their job—providing improved visibility during chilly Canadian winter expeditions.
The 2024 Trailsport Trim
The Pilot TrailSport boasts distinctive rugged aesthetics, featuring a stylish black front grille bar, Shark Grey 18" aluminum-alloy wheels, and glossy black side mirrors and handles. Meanwhile, the one-touch power panoramic moonroof with a power sunshade and TrailSport leatherette-trimmed seating guarantee sublime comfort as you take in the scenic landscapes and unlimited possibilities ahead.
Performance
The 2024 Pilot boosts your driving confidence with the straightforward toggle flip and the Integrated Drive Modes (Normal, Econ, Snow, Sport, Tow, and optional Trail and Sand), which are designed to adjust the throttle, suspension, and steering, ensuring optimal performance for different driving conditions.
Each OpenRoad Honda Pilot is equipped with a 3.5-liter, 24-valve, Direct Injection, DOHC, V6 engine that delivers 285 horsepower and 262 lb.-ft. of torque. To optimize fuel efficiency, the Variable Cylinder Management® (VCM®) system is engineered to seamlessly transition between six and three cylinders based on driving conditions, ensuring every litre goes the extra mile.
Technology
If the cold weather is a concern, the remote engine start can activate the engine before you step out of your home. As you approach your OpenRoad Honda Pilot with the key in your pocket, the proximity key entry system automatically unlocks your door, allowing you to simply get in, press the "start" button, and drive away. Additionally, when you depart, the Walk Away Auto Lock® feature is designed to use the key fob sensor to secure the vehicle behind you.
The 7" standard (or optional 9") touchscreen serves as your gateway to the centralized system managing your Pilot's settings and a plethora of tech features. This includes Apple CarPlay®/Android Auto™, which seamlessly links your compatible devices for navigation, messaging, music, and more. Additionally, there's the available 12-speaker BOSE® Premium Audio System (complete with a subwoofer) and the optional Honda Satellite-Linked Navigation System™ featuring bilingual Voice Recognition.
Each Pilot trim includes a 7" color TFT center meter display (or an optional 10.2") with Driver Information Interface, providing convenient access to vital information such as the speedometer, tachometer, odometer, fuel consumption, and more. This interface seamlessly connects you to your music and navigation system, all at the touch of a button on the steering wheel.
Safety
Utilizing Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) and the Lane Keeping Assist System (LKAS), Traffic Jam Assist is designed to assist the driver in maintaining lane position while traveling at slower speeds, as commonly encountered in congested traffic conditions.
The Road Departure Mitigation (RDM) system is crafted to assist in steering and can even apply brake pressure if it detects that your vehicle may veer off the road.
The Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) system with Low-Speed Follow (LSF) is engineered to maintain a consistent speed and establish a following interval behind the vehicle directly detected ahead of yours. This includes the capability to decelerate, come to a stop, and resume movement with the flow of traffic.
